Profile Description

I am a graduate of BS in Computer Science and is very knowledgeable anything about computers. I worked as a Computer technician before.
I also worked before as making research work and presentation using the Internet, searching informations and answering questions within a short span of time. I was able to finish my work with credibility. I am a touch-typist, has a typing speed of 50 wpm which this enables me to work faster coupled with the ability to operate the MS Office(Word, Excel and PowerPoint). I can be placed in any critical situations, I can manage well on how to handle things and in the end solve the problem. I am very flexible and also I am very willing to learn new things.
I also worked as a Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurses, we contract with individual patients to provide care in hospital. The nurse works with a physician to evaluate the health of the patient, administers medications, treatments, dressings, and other nursing services, according to physician's instructions and condition of patient. Observes, records symptoms and evaluate the patient. Apply independent emergency measures and notifies the physician of the patient's condition.
As a Medical Transcriptionist, it involves transcribing medical records as dictated by the physician and other health care professionals into a written format. I will listen to a headset and key in the transcription into a computer, I can pause the recordings with a foot pedal.The medical transcriptionist must carefully edit text for grammar and clarity errors. and be able to produce documents that include the following reports: chief complaint, discharge summaries, physical examination reports, medical history reports, operative reports, assessment and plan, review of systems, and consultation reports. After these reports are completed, the medical transcriptionist returns the electronic files to the health professionals for correction and signatures. These documents are very important because they become a part of the patients’ permanent medical file.
