I’ve been working as an Executive Assistant for 3 years already.
I have for 4-year working experience in Dubai, UAE, 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant, and currently working onsite in a Real Estate company as an Executive Assistant.

Handles the Executives email and ensuring to never miss important emails. Ensuring the safety of the email by constantly checking it.

Worked with the CEO and Chairman directly. Handles the calendar and making sure not missing any meetings. Coordinates all department in behalf of the CEO and Chairman. Handles the travel and accomodations of the CEO and Chairman. Handles all personal documents of the Executives. In charge of the school, doctors, and personal meetings of the Executive and their family. Arranges all errands of the Executives.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
