Profile Description

I am an Email Marketing Assistant with hands-on experience supporting structured B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns across marketing automation environments.

I specialize in the execution side of email marketing, including campaign setup, email production, audience segmentation support, QA testing, scheduling, and performance tracking. I have worked in both high-volume B2C EdTech and structured B2B SaaS environments under a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist.

I began my experience supporting EdTech email campaigns (Varsity Tutors), where I assisted in building and scheduling email campaigns, managing segmented newsletters, performing QA across multiple email clients, and tracking campaign performance. This included newsletters, promotional campaigns, and A/B testing execution.

I later supported B2B SaaS marketing automation projects (Highspot-related work), where I assisted in building and managing Marketo programs, creating email assets using Knak, and supporting CRM workflows in Salesforce. My responsibilities included campaign setup, token validation, Smart Campaign execution, landing page and form testing, and end-to-end QA before deployment.

I also handled data preparation and list management, including data cleaning, segmentation support, and CRM import preparation to ensure accurate targeting and clean campaign execution.
