On my first job I was able to handle and care for 150 young people under my supervision to coordinate in group activities since we have programs to be help every Friday night. I gained respect and authority to handle 20 to 25 dancers to enhance their talents in dancing and have an excellent performance in every event we’ve made. I was able to listen and have been an adviser or consultant to the young professionals, school youth and out of school youth generations.
To the second job as a Call Center Agent I maintained and developed rapport to clients and promoted products. This is an inbound call center and partly a customer service and a little bit of selling. I was able to handle Supervisor’s Call to negotiate with the client and help them to solve their complaints.
Lastly, On the third job as a Marketing Reasercher, an outbound call center. I was a team player in all programs and activities of the company. I have the ability to handle professional techniques for avoiding refusals. I am very good in rebuttals or convincing respondent to finish the surveys even it took 30 to 45 minutes because that would depend on how long the survey is all about. I was able to handle proper disposition as how the call turned out because this affect incidence or the probability of the respondents participating in a survey.
