Currently, I work as a Digital Marketing Assistant at one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in the world. I specialize in marketing design, email marketing, and social media management, helping brands boost engagement. I also optimize marketing funnels and maintain websites to improve conversions and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of strategies. 

Before transitioning into digital marketing, I spent over a year as a Customer Service Representative handling a U.S.-based telecommunication accounts. This experience sharpened my ability to communicate effectively, handle technical troubleshooting, and drive sales, all of which have translated seamlessly into my marketing career. Understanding consumer behavior and delivering tailored solutions have become second nature to me. 

With a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education majoring in Mathematics, I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table.
