Sales Representative | Customer Service

In my previous job, I worked as an Outbound Sales Representative, where my main responsibility was to call leads and offer services that would meet their needs. This experience helped me improve my ability to handle objections and tailor my responses to each customer. Over time, I became more skilled at understanding their concerns and providing the right solutions to overcome them. This helped me build stronger relationships with clients and close more sales.

I also worked as an Inbound Sales Representative for another company based in Australia. In this role, I helped generate more income for the company by handling incoming sales inquiries and converting leads into customers. Along with sales, I also provided customer service assistance, addressing client concerns and ensuring they had a positive experience. This role allowed me to build strong communication skills and further enhance my ability to meet customer needs while driving business growth.

I started handling social media during the pandemic, and it’s been an exciting journey. At first, I was just learning the ropes, but I quickly became passionate about creating content that really connects with people. Over time, I managed to build strong social media pages, and each month, I saw real progress. I focused on providing quality content that not only attracted more followers but also increased likes, engagement, and overall interaction. Each milestone I hit—whether it was growing my follower count or getting more likes and comments—felt like a victory. Seeing the results of my hard work really motivated me to keep improving and pushing for even bigger successes. It’s been a rewarding experience, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
