After graduating from Silliman University, with a degree of Bachelor in Mass Communication, I was able to work as a Customer Care Officer at I-Contacts.
I-Con is a sole provider of call center services for Smart Communications Inc. It
provides an inbound group to address the needs of the subscribers. As a Customer Care Officer, my main responsibility was to handle different inquiries for Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers of Smart Communications. I was also responsible to give the appropriate information and explanation with regards to subscriber’s inquiries. I also did reports regarding queries of clients such as network-related concerns and billing disputes raised by prepaid and postpaid subscribers and send such queries for further investigation to the technical support group and billing investigation unit. I had undergone extensive quality training on customer service skills enhancement as well as products and services in order to augment performances.
After my stint with I-Con, I went home and worked in the family business as an Assistant Purchaser in the Pharmaceutical product.
I was directly responsible in the prompt ordering of stocks in the pharmacy, may it be pharmaceutical products or consumer lines. I was directly responsible also in checking and monitoring all the branches of the company.
I've worked in the hospital as a Nurse after I graduated and passed the Nursing Licensure Exam in the Philippines.
I have a good knowledge on what to do in the ER, ward as well as the ICU. During my rotation in the ward, I was able to do things on my own like carry out the doctor's order, assist clients in their needs, administer medication and doing charting of the patients' charts without much supervision by our head nurse.
