given that this is an online job, I could be much of a good encoder since I used to be an IT student, i guess i can apply most of the basics. I used to be a call center agent, so i guess english is not that of a problem. and i used to be an article writer way back in high school, i know it's somewhat different but having the idea is a plus for me.
