I have worked as a customer service representative for more than five years, and I have also worked remotely from home for more than two years. Handling healthcare account I am able to protect any private information, including customer data, and I can quickly look into and address consumer complaints and questions. Another one of my backgrounds is in sales. I am able to identify the needs of my clients and ensure that my offerings are the most appropriate for them, collect payments and even do upselling.
In my most recent company, I also serve as a mentor and provide on-the-spot help. I helped new hires and backed up representatives who were struggling or confused about a certain circumstance. For me, punctuality is also very crucial. I feel it's appropriate etiquette to go above and beyond in order to achieve expectations and quota. I can also do video editing and calendar managent. Just recently, I have completed a virtual assistant course and obtained a Foundation Taining Completion  certificate through Stellar Staff.
