I have worked as a customer service representative for more than five years, and I have also worked remotely from home for more than two years. Handling healthcare account I am able to protect any private information, including customer data, and I can quickly look into and address consumer complaints and questions. Another one of my backgrounds is in sales. I am able to identify the needs of my clients and ensure that my offerings are the most appropriate for them, collect payments and even do upselling.
