Profile Description

I love writing and I am quite good at it. I had some writing experiences since highschool where I was the editor-in-chief of our school newspaper.
I was also able to get some awards from district and division contests for my writing skills. During college,I was a Student Assistant for the Office of Student Activities of the University of the Philippines-Diliman for one semester.I did some office work there and assisted the Office in conducting their student leadership trainings. I was also Student Assistant for the library of the College of Social Work and community Development during one summer term.
I also opened a blog (http://karoger.wordpress.com) and wrote articles ranging from politics, travel and personal stuffs. My blog was well received by the blogging community until i went to Korea to study for a year. In Korea, I was able to help some students with their English skills by being a part-time language instructor in an English Academy. I also won the Gold Award at an essay writing competition in Gwangju,South Korea.
