I had the responsibility of greeting guests, taking calls, and answering questions or directing them to the right person or department. One of the key responsibilities is helping with numerous administrative duties like data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning papers, and keeping office supplies. In addition to this, I was given tasks where I had to enter data into computer systems about cargo shipments. One of the primary duties is also to prepare and maintain shipping and cargo documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
