We call potential sellers to check if they are interested in selling their property, and if so, we gather some basic information such as the condition of the property, whether they are the title holder, their asking price, and their motivation for selling. After collecting the necessary information, I send it to the client and verify whether it is a warm (good) lead or a cold (possible) lead. After that, we ask their most efficient time to call back for negotiation. Basically, that's all the work I intend to do.
