CERTIFIED XERO & QB PROADVISOR / VIRTUAL BOOKKEEPER

One of my tasks in my corporate job is bookkeeping. Reason why I am confident that I am capable to record-keep. In my corporate job, I am assigned to analyze documents, prepare accounting entries, categorize expenses, and record sale and disbursement transactions.

I have an extensive experience with Microsoft Excel including proficiency in basic functions, shortcuts as my previous job taught me to use excel with minimal use of mouse, as well as to more advanced feature such as VLOOKUP and data visualization tools. I have successfully managed and analyzed data set using the platform. Overall, I leverage Excel to enhance efficiency and support decision-making in my work.

I have been applying this skill through out my journey as a junior auditor and an accountant in my previous and current jobs, respectively. As an applicant for a bookkeeper, I believe being keen to details is a valuable skill that will help me be accurate in handling company's financial data.

I have an experience in accounts reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial statements. I regularly analyze discrepancies, review transaction records and collaborate with the teams to resolve issues. My attention to detail helps maintain compliance with the standards and supports integrity of financial reporting. Through thorough reconciliations, I contribute to identifying areas for improvement and enhancing overall financial accuracy.

I have strong experience in financial information analysis, using analytical tools to assess financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. My skills include preparing financial reports and performing ratio analysis. I have attended seminar about Financial Statement Analysis conducted by Development Center for Finance, Inc. on September 10, 17, 24 and October 1, 2022.

I am good at keeping my time on check and well-managed. I have this habit of doing check list, prioritizing and scheduling my tasks helping me avoid missing tasks and beating deadlines at ease.

I believe I have data entry skills that is necessary when working as a bookkeeper. I am determined to keep up with technology and be able to input data and provide useful information using software that fits the company. Currently, I am dedicated to hone my skills and studies trend accounting software such as Xero Accounting and QuickBooks.

I believe I am capable to communicate effectively and efficiently, translate financial data into a clear and useful information and reports that will help stakeholders in making economic decision.
