Profile Description

As a Training Supervisor and a former Human Resource Supervisor I have done a lot of research and developed training modules that I use in training real estate sales people. In creating a training module for a certain set of attendees entails a lot of time because I need to be sure that their needs have been met and that they will learn or benefit from it. Aside from that I can also do encoding,writing poetry (my literary side).
