I have 14 years of extensive experience in the field of sales, customer retention, brand management, content marketing, journalism & online writing, editing, & recruitment. I have grown my knowledge in the field of lighting in both its technical & aesthetic aspects since I started working in the manufacturing industry in 2012. I also started volunteering for Expo 2020 in Dubai since June 2018.
I am knowledgeable about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & SEM (Search Engine Marketing). I also have extensive experience in customer service, customer retention, surveys & raw data analysis, as well as market & customer buying trends analysis. I have also been a freelance writer with several front-page feature articles published in a local newspaper in Davao City. I used to work in a London-based outsourcing company and at the same time, as a Technical Assistant to a donor-funded development project in Mindanao reporting directly to the Executive Officer. I have worked as a recruitment & marketing officer in one of the leading market research centers in the world specializing in volume recruitment, training, & marketing. 

I was the Office Manager in Archilum UAE while simultaneously handling the Middle East Sales for Mackwell Electronics, UK. I have an in-depth knowledge on the lighting supply chain market. I ensured that service levels provided to clients are always at par with excellence. I ensured that profit levels were maintained. I defined processes. I ensured that good negotiations on pricing/budget are done both from the clients and from the suppliers.

I am currently furthering my career growth at Tridonic Middle East as the Brand Manager for MEIA and ASEAN. I am also looking forward to Expo 2020 in Dubai, which will run from October 2020 until April 2021.

I have a lot of free time, though, so I want to explore the possibility of working online again.
