In my previous job I have dealt so much overly upset customer as we are part of the e-commerce account. I handled it by not being intimidated, maintaining my composure, not taking their words personally, listening carefully to their concern, acknowledging their feelings as to why they were upset, clarifying details of the issue and restate the problem. provide resolutions however not providing so much promises but setting expectation and ensure customer are satisfied with the solution given.
