As a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer with 6+ years of experience in the construction industry and currently working Freelance, I specialize in providing Virtual Assistance in Construction Estimating. I utilize engineering and estimating software to provide an accurate takeoff with a professional presentation of the quantities. I am proficient in Bluebeam, Planswift, and AutoCAD, which I leverage for accurate estimating. My actual and on-site experience on construction has honed my estimating skills that every risk and expected on-site applications of the estimated materials are considered. Despite working remotely, I have been able to provide accurate estimates to projects by utilizing Google Earth, Google Maps, etc. Such software, when applied with Engineering methods, can be a great tool in estimating specially in Maintenance projects. As an inquisitive professional that always strive for new knowledge and experience while honing my current skills, I am always up for a challenge and willing to take any type of projects when given the opportunity.
