The PSHS E-Based Community Project is a school management system that automates several administrative procedures in PSHS including pre-enrollment to ‘end of school year’ tasks. Primarily, it is the duty of the administrator to fix the bugs reported by the school. Aside from this, she also needs to asses the implications of enhancements and changes that are requested by the client. If these requests are found plausible, they are to be coded and appended to the existing system. The administrator also writes reports regarding the status of the project.

The ECCD Web Development Project with Content Management System aims not only to create a website for the organization but also to have a repository of researches that are children-related. The Project Manager oversees the planning and implementation of the task. She works with the team in delivering the services that are expected of the project. Tasks include the writing of several reports such as Inception Report, Functional Requirements Specification, System Analysis and Design and User’s Manual. She works with the team and the counterpart technical team in discussing the design and contents of the site before the actual coding of the system. The project is currently in the Testing stage, which will be followed by implementation and maintenance.
