*Writing Offers *Overview all aspect buyers and sellers pending contracts *Ensure the consistency and accuracy of all documentation * *Coordinate with third party associates including Title or Escrow, Lender, Appraisal, Inspection as well as providing general support through the transaction process *Create transaction to paperless pipeline and upload the required documents and ensure all transaction documents are completed before closing and submit to managing broker for file compliance *Sending welcoming email to the buyer for the accepted offer and giving necessary information about EMD *Schedule important dates to monitor due date and contingencies *Preparing Addendums or Amendments. Experience speaking with clients, other side agents, vendors and follow up with documents and update throughout the transaction process * Scheduling closing date with the agents and vendors
