I'm a multi-industry operations professional with hands-on experience spanning executive support, process improvement, RTO compliance administration, and field/electrical operations coordination. My background includes NCR/CAPA compliance coordination in oil and gas, executive and operations support at a strategy consulting firm, and current dual-function work managing RTO administration alongside electrical operations support — giving me a rare mix of structured compliance discipline and real-time field coordination experience.

As a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I bring a process-first mindset to every role: I build systems that reduce friction, whether that's a recurring reporting workflow, a client re-engagement tracker, or a scheduling system that keeps field teams and clients aligned. I'm comfortable working across platforms like SharePoint, Power Automate, ServiceM8, and LMS systems (Eskilled), and I adapt quickly to new tools and workflows.
