Being an integral part of Workforce Management teams in the BPO Industry and a Global Bank has honed and developed my skills in multiple areas of expertise that I have been able to share and provide solutions to daily challenges that come along the way.
Exposure to creative writing and theater has always stimulated the innovative part of my brain and thinking out of the box has become second nature.
Living in the age of technology, being a student of Computer Engineering and working at the biggest Command Center of a global company gives me confidence in learning and mastering computer applications and tools.
Having managers that are almost always living in a different country, they have recognized how little and close to no supervision was required to enable me to have quality and timely output.
All of these would not be achieved without having good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
