Virtual Assistant

In my Accounts Receivable role, I was responsible for creating and processing billings for hotel customers. This included preparing monthly utility billings, accommodation charges, and other recurring customer invoices. I ensured that billing information was accurate, coordinated with relevant departments when verification was needed, maintained billing records, and monitored customer accounts to support timely payment collection.

My experience was just a short span of time, because I was still an intern at that time. As a bookkeeping intern, my experience involves a combination of learning and hands-on practice in supporting and assistance in managing the department. I was tasked in recording transactions as well as organizing receipts, and invoices for easy retrieval.
