have background in virtual assistance I am eager to learn more about the process. I believe the complexities of the processes and handling were most likely the same in BPO industry.
I worked as a Team Leader in Concentrix assisting outbound agents for mobile customer. I also have experience in sales and inbound assistance as universalist agent/TL. We’re deemed to be flexible in task management. Also, I have a keen deeper background in client conversations and assistance to maintain the smooth process flow in operations and towards the customer.
