I worked as a Customer Service Representative for the Amazon account, handling tasks such as canceling items and orders, and tracking the status of packages. I also provided Digital Services, Device Support, and Technical Support for a range of Amazon products, including Alexa Echo devices, Kindle & Kindle Paperwhite, Amazon Fire TV Stick, and Amazon Echo Show.

As part of the course, it is required to write in every subject, where I hone my ability to craft compelling narratives, bring characters to life, and transform ideas into engaging stories. The writing-focused subjects such as scriptwriting for radio and television, news writing, and content creation have helped me sharpen my storytelling techniques, enabling me to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences across various media platforms.

I worked for ABS-CBN Sports & Action on the television program Fish N' Town, where I played a key role in various aspects of the show's production. My tasks included conducting research to gather relevant content, supporting marketing efforts to promote the program, and assisting with field production during shoots. I also contributed to post-production support by helping with editing and content organization, engaged in creative writing for scripts and show segments, and provided technical production assistance to ensure smooth filming and broadcasting.
