Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Management from one of the finest institutions in the country, Silliman University.
As a general virtual assistant, my tasks included Social Media Management, Article Writing, Photo and Video Editing, among others. I managed the Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Googleplus accounts of my client and also wrote blog and article posts for the clients' business. As part of my job, I also edited photos and videos in order to produce content for article and blog posts. I also maintained the website of my client.
I am also an experienced contact center agent with superb abilities in English communication. I was also an exchange student from the Philippines to America and lived there for a year, which further emphasizes my advanced level in using English across the four areas of communication.
My computer skills are moderate to skilled. Data entry jobs or any computer related jobs are part of my interests, as well as thorough research. I have experience in customer support and troubleshooting services. Wordpress is also something very familiar to me. I am highly knowledgeable in basic MS-office applications specifically MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint. I am a fast typist averaging more than 45 words per minute. Working around computers is something I welcome.
