I have been a Medical Transcriptionist for quite a long time. Previously, I worked as a Supervisor/Editor in a Medical Transcription Company. I am practically good with any account ranging from Operative Notes, SOAP Notes, History and Physical and the likes. With the other companies that I previously worked, we were given Data Entry tasks like EMR (Electronic Medical Records) encoding where we need to input data into the client's platform/database at the same time making sure that all are accurate and in sync with the client's specifications.
