Profile Description

Prior to staying at home, I have had a solid corporate experience in the realm of Learning and Development.
I have been designing and facilitating behavioral and technical training programs from 1996 to 2010.
I have handled training and development for entry level employees, middle managers, and executives.
My stint in training and development has enhanced not only my public speaking skills, but even more so, my writing and research capabilities.
Designing a training program for instance entails a lot of creativity to ensure that the learning experience of my participants are always enhanced.
These designs call for several hours of research and testing.
I have a particular eye for detail and I work well under very minimal supervision having worked as a one-person team for years.
