Profile Description

I am a newly-admitted Philippine Attorney (2025 Bar Passer) with experience in transacting real estate acquisitions for a US-based firm. Here, I provided legal and transactional support for real estate matters from initial evaluation through closing. My work involved assisting in the drafting, review, and organization of contracts and transaction documents, coordinating with external counterparties, and supporting due diligence and compliance requirements.

I worked closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that transactions were accurately documented, timelines were observed, and legal requirements were addressed. My responsibilities included contract support, legal research, document management, and coordination with title companies, lenders, and other third-party stakeholders involved in transactional work.

Through this role, I have developed strong skills in legal drafting, attention to detail, transaction workflow management, and handling time-sensitive matters within structured legal and business environments.

My experience complements my litigation training, which allowed me to contribute effectively to firms handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
