I previously worked as a Process Associate handling healthcare accounts, where I managed outbound calls, patient information, and ensured accurate and confidential data handling. I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant and as an Administrative Assistant in an NGO, where I handled administrative support, data entry, and coordination tasks.
I am detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with different tools and systems. I have strong communication skills and experience working with international clients, especially from the US. I am eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality work on time. I am looking for a long-term opportunity where I can grow and contribute to a team.
