With over a decade in hotel sales, I specialized in events, account management, and cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients. I loved the fast pace, the people, and the challenge of making every interaction count. It taught me how to listen well, stay organized under pressure, and genuinely care about the client experience.

I made a big shift into the IT world, starting with vendor management and now supporting enterprise clients and MSPs. It was a big change (and a bit scary at first), but I've always believed in learning, adapting, and moving forward. That mindset helped me grow fast and bring my relationship skills into a new space.

Currently, I focus on building strong client relationships and helping businesses find the right solutions to meet their goals and move forward. I've come to enjoy tech just as much as I did hospitality, and I love being able to bring a people-first approach to every project I handle.
