Profile Description

I am not only a writer but I am a digital artist as well. I publish photos and write about those photographs I take. Also, I have been working for a call center company for about a year and a half now. I have worked as a Customer Care agent and as an Technical Support Agent for AT&T UVERSE. That being said, I
am pretty much aware about the culture of Americans.
I have good speaking skills. I have taken the infamous Berlitz Proficiency exam for the contact centers I have worked for. I got a B2 as a result for the said test. I am also a hardworking person.
I make sure that I pass the said work on time. If not, I still make sure that my boss knows the reason for the delayed accomplishment of the specific task.
I am also a techie guy. I like reading articles about technology
and apply them to my every day life. I work with spare parts and broken computers. I disassemble them and rest assured, once I put them back together I bring them back to life. That being said, I am much a technician myself. I already have standards for certain kind of technology and I know what fails or not.
