Profile Description

- Plan and optimize delivery of replenishments across customer channels, Book manual order transportation as required and ensure accuracy of all shipment receipts are met.
- Review supply and demand forecasts, critical parts, slow-moving items, and initiate action plans accordingly.
- Manage allocations of constrained materials and communicate related issues to customers and help identify alternative solutions.
- Coordinate and work internally with Sales, Buyer/Purchaser, Inventory Control and Logistics team to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipments to achieve on-time delivery (OTD), review orders booked in the system and provide customer promised dates based on supply.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data related to order fulfillment process, detect potential issues by verifying historical reports.
- Participate in process improvement and execution.
- Assist internal teams (Logistics, Dealer Support Representatives, RMAs) and perform ad hoc duties as required.
