Skills, interests, and experiences (if I may add up):
I am computer literate, I love paper works, organizing stuff, and art crafts. I read novels of different genre - romance, medical thriller, inspirational, and also adventure.
Basically, I am interested in composing my own articles in magazines, if given the chance. Maybe I could write something about love, lessons in life, courage, faith, food, hygiene, nursing, and a lot more topics that interests me and suited to what I've learned in the past 27 years of my life.
I am a bit bookish, actually. In what sense? Well let's take into account the fact that I go shopping in a bookstore every time I feel down. I would find a good book that would alleviate whatever uneasy feeling I'm having at the moment.
I've graduated with a degree in BS in Food Technology. One thing I love about this course is the research. I get to do things on my own as long as I meet the standards in conducting my research. Every moment I discover something about my topic, I get excited to process or analyze it in order to come up with a conclusion.
I am so organized with the data I collected. This has contributed to the success of my study.
I worked in one of the best fast-food chains here in the Philippines. I first entered as a service crew specialized in organizing kiddy parties, hosting, customer relations at the dining area, product marketing, and taking orders.
At the end of my six-month contract, I was recommended to apply for a higher position...that is a management trainee. After the training, I was given the task of an Inventory Manager, performing at the same time the functions of a counter and kitchen manager. My organizational skills and love with paper works got me into that position. I am so proud to say that I was the only manager in the store who could perform 3 functions during any shift of the day...that is inventory of stocks, sales monitoring and reporting including cash counts, and food product quality assurance to be made available at all times for the consumers.
I studied nursing after less than 2 years of work experience. Learning a new field of study is very challenging.
I finished my second course in three years. Another skill is learned, and another skill has to be mastered.
