Profile Description

I have an extensive work experience in the furniture industry where i climb through the ranks. I started of as a section supervisor where i handled 20 people assembling rattan furniture parts. As a supervisor, i was tasked to monitor employee output, capability/skill and attitude in order to get the job done and meet production schedules.
I then worked as a Production Planning and Control Staff from a different company where i was tasked to make the production schedule in every buyer's order. The process involves the different sections of the production department which also considers its running orders or work-in-process items from a different buyer. Warehousing also is involved in the scheduling process where the availability of materials are monitored and should meet up with production demands. Daily, all running items are monitored in order to check if each section meet production schedules.
My third employment under the furniture industry was when i became the Production Planning and Control Head. I was tasked to create a system to solve production backlogs and meet production schedules. In order to attain the task at hand, i have to go through the rigorous stage of cleaning up corrupt practices manipulated by some employees and dealing with the attitude of some department managers. Having collaboration with a few faithful and honest employee, i was able to successfully implement the new system. Now since the company has a few of other problems, i made a system study wherein i had the privilege of writing and documenting for management which was made under my own volition.
And now, i work as an admin assistant for the past 5 years where i am tasked to create staff development programs and manage the organizations facilities.
As i worked as a full-time admin assistant, i also work as an adviser/consultant of a friend who has a construction firm as my part time job. In my part time job, i make an in-depth company study wherein
i have to identify sources of problems and provide courses action to solve its problems. We also made a few software developments wherein i collaborated with cousin who is a software developer to make an employee database and payroll system. During the process I acted out as the designer of the system and my cousin as the software developer. Currently, we still have an on going project which is the Warehouse Management and Control System.
Currently, i am very enthusiastic about photography where i spend some of my vacant time studying and applying the principles and techniques. Alongside, i am learning how to use Adobe Photoshop for my photo enhancements.
