I have experiences in troubleshooting and configuring desktops, laptops, and network devices including printers. I was connected with CITI Singapore via Optimum Solutions Ltd. as an Information Technology Executive.  Prior to that, I was connected with JP Morgan & Chase Co. - Philippine Global Center as a Data Analyst / Operations Coordinator of the Auto Finance Department. I did analysis, admin, and data management works. Prior to that, I was part of the technical support team of Lexmark Research and Development Corp, where I handled printers and server setup.  I was able to manage teams working as a Management Training Associate of etelecare Global Solutions Inc., now known as Stream Global Services and before I became an MTA (Management Training Associate), I was a Case Mentor who performed Case Analysis and troubleshot Dell hardware desktop and laptop computers. Prior to becoming a hardware specialist, I was part of the application / software support group of Innodata XML Content Factory Inc.  I am a hardworking and flexible individual with a sense of responsibility. I am a fast learner and can easily interact with peers. I can work with other personalities and can adapt quickly with people and new environments.
