I used to work in the BPO industry for 11 years, since pandemic started and when all of the people were working in the comfort of our home, I find it very convenient when working at your own home. And as person who acquired so many skills when working for the BPO industry, I have thought that these skills are meant to be in a different set up like being a virtual assistant. Communicating well in a different language like English is something that a virtual assistant should have. Conversing in English language is very important to deliver the message accurately and used to make thing easier for clients or customers.
