As a licensed Civil Engineer, Master Plumber, and Materials Engineer, I take pride in combining design, analysis, and practical site work to turn plans into reality. Whether it’s estimating quantities, cost estimation, supervising site progress, or testing construction materials, I approach every task with the mindset of an engineer who values accuracy and accountability above all.

With experience as both a Resident Engineer and Freelance Estimator, I have prepared detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), performed material take-offs from PDF/CAD drawings, and developed accurate cost estimates across multiple trades including concrete, carpentry, roofing, and finishes.

My goal? To grow as an Estimator who ensures that every project is not just built, but built right — cost-effective, safe, and sustainable.
