Hi! I’m Yuna and I’ll be telling you more about my work experiences. I have been so passionate in serving and assisting patients. I’ve been with Optum Global Solution under United Health Care for 5 years. I used to help patients in keeping track of their medications and help them set an appointment with their Doctors for follow up check ups. Aside from that, I also work for T-Mobile for 8 months as a customer service representative. My task was to helped customers restoring their data, and upgrading their phone, I sometimes also help them process their payments as their provider or source of their internet connection. And I am also a real state agent here in the Philippines, I already sold more that 20 properties. I also undergone trainings on how to assist clients based on their preferences on choosing properties. With that, I can say that I am more than equipped and trained to do such task, which also makes me a goal driven and task oriented person.
