I've been with the BPO industry for more than 10 years and have been certified for ITIL. Had experience as a Virtual Assistant for a construction/ concrete company for almost a year. I spent most of my years with the technical support team we handle all inquiries about computers, internet, software, hardware, tv, and telco. And the rest will be with customer service/ Sales handling Insurance and Services. With all the training, experience, and techniques I gained from working I can say that I can perform well with all the tasks that will be given to me. I am a team player, patient, reliable, can do multitasking, and can easily adjust to changes. Through the years of working, I was able to gain all skills and techniques dealing with customers and as well as handling rejection and irate customers. I was once with a department that receives chronic callers so de-escalating is no problem for me. With my commitment, hard work, and dedication to anything I do and the skills that I have, I am certain that I can perform all tasks that will be given. I am pristine with details and eager to learn. I can easily adapt to changes and a team player. Proud to say that I received a lot of awards for quality and as well as CSAT surveys.
I am looking for a long-term job. I have good records for being loyal to my employers, kindly check my work history for reference. I also can manage Fb accounts and run ads on FB, set up Chatfuel, can do multitasking, and handle files like Google docs, Smartsheet, basic picture and video editing, Canva, Adobe programs, Google advertising. Proactive in understanding target markets, retargeting, tracking. I am eager to learn more and excel in what I do.
Looking forward to working for your company and be able to contribute to your company's success.
