Mechanical Design Engineer
1) Design, model, and draft Automotive parts and electronic consumer goods
2) Use CATIA, Onshape, SolidWorks & Fusion 360 for 3D CAD modeling, assemblies, and technical drawings
3) Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, NPI, Sales
4) Conduct simulations, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturability
5) Assist in prototyping and testing
6) BOM Creation & Management

Overseas Vendor Manager/Sourcing Engineer
1) Procurement & Supplier Management (Alibaba)
   -Source and evaluate suppliers.
   -Request quotations (RFQ) and compare offers.
   -Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
   -Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
2) Production & Operations Coordination
   -Work closely with production teams to ensure raw materials arrive on time.
   -Resolve bottlenecks and material delays.
   -Support new product launches by aligning supply readiness.
3) Data Analysis & Reporting
   -Track KPIs: lead time, cost savings, supplier performance.
   -Prepare supply chain reports for management.
   -Identify risks and suggest process improvements.
4) Compliance & Quality Control
   -Ensure suppliers follow company standards (quality, safety, sustainability).
   -Support audits and quality inspections.
