In my previous roles, I worked in a travel agency and in an executive office at the Department of Tourism in the Philippines as an intern, where I had the opportunity to assist clients with various issues and concerns. Specifically, I helped clients with problems related to travel documents, such as visas, passports, and other necessary paperwork about financing. In these roles, I was able to develop strong customer service skills, including providing timely and accurate assistance to clients, and also communicating effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.

I was also making checklists for procurements (e.g., airline tickets, ground handling, tour operator, lease of venue, events management, tokens, meals, and supplies) and preparing transmittal slips and writing remarks for the Official Directors of the Central Offices in the Department of Tourism.
