I have over five (5) years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Personnel, where I managed customer accounts, monitored outstanding balances, and ensured timely collection of payments. My responsibilities included reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role strengthened my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle high-volume financial transactions efficiently. In addition, I have three (3) years of experience as an Inventory Analyst, where I was responsible for monitoring stock levels, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring accuracy between physical counts and system records. I regularly prepared reports, identified discrepancies, and supported inventory control procedures to improve operational efficiency. This experience enhanced my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. While I do not yet have hands-on experience using QuickBooks, I am highly motivated and willing to learn. I am confident in my ability to quickly adapt to new accounting systems and tools, given my strong background in financial processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
