why I should be hired
I’m a graduate of B.S. Biology and also have masteral
units in the same field. Research is an integral part of my college education that it has become second nature to me while still in the university. I have also joined essay writing contests and have won in some of them. I am a certified ACE (Accent and Conversational English) Coach and am also GEM (Grammar and Electronic Messaging) –certified. As a coach, I was responsible for evaluating agents’ calls in terms of their call handling and communication skills. I also administered coaching to those agents to help address their areas for improvement. I have also taken on the task of
creating and updating modules for coaching and training purposes. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am also computer-literate with above average typing skills. Lastly, I am knowledgeable in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
