Profile Description

I have had professional experience for 5 years in online sales and marketing which I have been consistently one of the top 10 best performing agents in quantity and quality from my previous companies. I have called for different campaigns in US, Canada, Australia and UK markets in health products, online advertising campaigns like Google’s ad word and ad sense, survey and Publishing consultant for self-publish authors. Part of my job is to capture information and reflect them correctly in the database such as demographic information, credit card information and customer’s business information, issues, request etc. I also work with MS word, excel and Sale force marketing tool, although I’m far from being an expert at it. My skill in sales and marketing had put me to a step higher in the pedestal of my career; from Agent to Team Leader and I have proven myself again as a good material in our company by being able to exceed the sales quota set for my team.
As an agent and team leader in Call Center industry, I have always lived by the principle of balance- quantity and quality; Other than that, professionalism, discipline, dedication and a happy disposition are qualities which would likely result to a positive output.
