Profile Description

I have had vast work experience in the BPO industry. I've done inbound customer service and sales work and have also done outbound calling for sales and general telemarketing. One of my past work experience also dealt with procuring additional information for bids and tenders, and that required internet research as well as doing outbound calling to Project Managers and Engineers. That work also required proofreading and editing. My most recent work experience was doing sales and chat support for a US-based TV, phone and internet provider.
