Spending almost 2 years as a telco customer service representative have been a whirlwind of challenges and triumphs. While every day brought its unique set of issues, one particular experience stands out as a testament to the power of empathy and problem-solving. I have encountered a customer calling us multiple times about an internet issue. Listening intently to the customer and analyzing ways on how i could help him resulted a satisfactory customer service. The customer commended me for doing a great job cause i'm the one who have helped him resolve the issue.
