Experience: Less than 6 months
This is my recent job and my task here is to assist a customer or the property that has a problem with their hotel booking. We are working with the customer and the owner of the establishment for their booking. We do chats, email but most of the concern came from phone calls. As a CSR at this company we need to be multitasker, critical thinker and empathetic towards our customer so we can give the best answer and solution to their concern.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I work as an admin in a hotel and resort, working as an admin in a small hotel is doing multiple task at once. I do the payroll of the employees every cut off, I am also the one who monitor the expense of the business and make disbursement of the cash that needs to be out. I also do the monthly report of the sales and expense of the hotel. It is a good experience for my first job and I can say that it really helps me improving my skills and knowledge.
