Profile Description

I'm a Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) and Technical Virtual Assistant who builds automation on top of solid VA fundamentals — so I don't just manage your workflows, I can also make them run on their own.

At my current role with a social media agency, I've been the communication bridge between clients and social media buyers, coordinating around 160 client calls a week and keeping 17 ---------- servers organized and running smoothly. On top of that, I built Python automations that scrape data from web dashboards straight into Google Sheets, clean up messy spreadsheet data for reporting, and run ---------- bots that handle server operations automatically — work that replaced hours of manual data entry for my team.
