Being an appointment setter is actually a nice experience to have you get to talk to people from other countries and have a conversation with them, while doing the job. As an appointment setter, you really need to have good communication, listening skills, as well as consistency skills because you are expected to call high volumes of contacts consistently, and you also really need to have patience and understanding that you will encounter people who are really rude or irate.
