Hi, I'm Mary Joy C. Polloso, with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I've been passionate about UI design and technical support, Microsoft, and content management systems in WordPress.
I have experience as a customer service assistant at Mitsubishi in my senior high school work immersions. I address customer questions and concerns through various phone, email, and in-person channels. Provide information about Mitsubishi vehicles, services, and promotions. I also have experience inputting details of vehicle sales transactions into the company’s sales management system, including customer information, vehicle specifications, pricing, and payment details.
I've had the opportunity to intern in the Philippine Information Agency, and my position is technical support and documentation specialist. In technical support, I have experience troubleshooting a variety of issues, including software compatibility errors, network connectivity issues, and hardware malfunctions. As a documentation specialist, I experienced digitizing books and papers i also being a content manager in WordPress, where I was exposed to the PIA website, where I was assigned to upload and edit the company website project.
I have work experience offered through a collaboration between DSWD and DepEd, Tara Basa program that aims to help elementary learners who have difficulties learning to read or cannot read offering short-term work and learning opportunities for financially challenged college students like me at that time. My role as a learning facilitator is to focus on helping participants develop practical skills that can be applied in real-world scenarios and ensuring that Filipino students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to advance in their careers or communities.
